STREET LIGHT

LIGHTING

A range of induction lighting street lights are available for use on all street lighting applications. These range from high masts to low power suburban street lighting.

The larger units range from 80 Watts to 400 Watts where the 80 Watt unit is equivalent to a 160 Watt metal halide street lamp and the 400 Watt unit equals a 1000 Watt high mast fitting.
The smaller street lights range from 40 watts to 80 Watts and are equivalent to 80 and 160 Watt metal halide lamps respectfully. This means that there is a 50% savings over traditional metal halide street lamps as well as all the other benefits available with induction lights.

If the street lights were used only for an average of 12 hours a day the expected lifespan of the street lights are more than twenty years. This reduces maintenance costs to virtually zero.

The smaller street lights are also available in 12 and 24 volt versions for solar power applications.

The unit on the lower left is the larger type and the one on the lower right the smaller type.
